WizeCraft Wiki ¶

WizeCraft is a whitelisted, semi-vanilla Minecraft server with the goal of hosting an excellent gaming community.

Rules ¶

1. No bigotry of any kind. Hatred will not be tolerated here. Even if you are joking, please use restraint and be mindful of your words and who might be reading or hearing them.
2. No cheating. This includes, but is not limited to: x-ray, hacked clients, flying, etc.
3. No griefing/stealing. Griefers will be banned and all griefing will be rolled back.
4. No PVP, unless the other player specifically agrees to it.
5. Inactivity kicks (90 days or longer) will be enforced at the discretion of the administration staff.
6. Be excellent to each other.
   These rules will change from time to time as needed. Thanks for your understanding!

Discord ¶

Click here to access the WizeCraft discord. If you are not a member of WizeCraft, you will be presented with an application to join the discord. Once approved, you can access the discord server, more server information, and community channels.

Discord Roles ¶

WizeCraft employs roles in discord.

• Newcomer is given to new folks.
• Member is granted upon regular presence on the Minecraft server and at least one week Discord membership.
• Additional roles may be given for winning server competitions.
  These community discord roles are non-restrictive and visual only. There is no functional difference between the two.

Hosting Information ¶

The server is self-hosted by Bodrew at his home (US-East).
The PC specifications of the server are:

• CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40GHz
• RAM: 32 GB (8 GB allocated to WizeCraft)
• Hosting software: Application Management Panel (AMP) by CubeCoders

World Border ¶

WizeCraft employs a world border at a square radius of 10,000 blocks, meaning the world is 20,000 by 20,000. I believe this applies to all dimensions.

Gamerule changes ¶

We have minecart experiments enabled and the minecartMaxSpeed is set to 1000 (the maximum value).

Publicly available (Minecraft) commands ¶

• /atc: Toggle AutoTreeChop. There is a limit of 9,999 blocks per IRL day.
• /co i: CoreProtect inspect command. View changelog wherever you L/R click. More information + CoreProtect documentation here: https://docs.coreprotect.net/commands/#co-inspect
• /spark tps: Check the TPS and overall health of the server. If you know what these results mean and they look wrong, contact an administrator.
• /trigger color: Change the color of your name. Ironically shows everywhere except in chat messages.
• /trigger ch_toggle: Toggles useful coordinates HUD.

Publicly available (Discord) commands ¶

Bodrew runs a custom Discord bot (Wize Guy) in the WizeCraft Discord server. While the capability of the bot is expanding, the currently available commands are as follows:

• !admin: Wize Guy will explicitly ping Bodrew and no one else, even if he is not an admin.
• !pic: Wize Guy will post a large copy of your profile picture.
• !map: Wize Guy will post a link to the WizeCraft Bluemap website.
• !wiki: Wize Guy will post a link to the WizeCraft wiki page.
• !rules: Wize Guy will specifically post a link to the WizeCraft Discord's rules channel.

Other features ¶

• On Join Event: When a user joins the Discord, Wize Guy will immediately apply the Newcomer role to the user, mention them in WizeCraft's general channel, and ask them to send their username so they can be whitelisted.
